Shipping Policy
Packaging
All original artworks are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each piece is wrapped in acid-free glassine paper or similar, secured with protective bubble wrap, additional card and shipped in a rigid, double-walled cardboard box. For larger works, additional reinforcement and corner protectors are used. We never roll canvases. Large paintings may take slightly longer to ship if they need a specific museum/gallery shipping box, which may have to be ordered.
Insurance
Every original artwork is fully insured for its purchase value during transit. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and artwork, so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as public holidays. If a painting is currently on display in a gallery, we will notify you to advise when this will be available to ship.
Tracked & Insured Shipping
All orders are sent via a fully tracked and insured service such as DHL, Schenker or PostNord. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Dispatch Times
Original artworks are carefully prepared and typically dispatched within 7 business days of payment being received. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Sweden only. We are working on expanding our shipping to other countries and will update this policy as new destinations become available. If you are based outside Sweden and are interested in a particular painting please contact us to discuss options.
Local Pick-up
If you live in the Stockholm region, you can pick up your new painting directly from the artist. Just get in touch with Sally to set it up. We’ll wrap your painting carefully so it’s ready for you to collect.
