Sally held an exhibition at the historic Grunewaldvillan villa in Saltsjöbaden over the weekend of March 21 and 22, 2026. The show included landscapes from the local area, earlier works from California, and introduced a new series of oil paintings from Gotland.

Former home & studio of Isaac Grunewald

Come join me at this fascinating venue in the heart of Saltsjöbaden on March 21 and 22. My paintings will be on display in the large studio space once used by the renowned Swedish expressionist painter Isaac Grunewald. Born in Stockholm, Grunewald developed his modernist style during his studies with Henri Matisse in Paris. He was known for his colorful, expressive works of people, landscapes, and the local area.

I look forward to seeing the paintings in such a historic setting.

what to expect at the show

At the show, you'll see approximately 25-30 of Sally's original paintings.

Expect lots of color and light-filled landscapes, some that you'll probably recognize from Saltsjöbaden!.

Across the weekend, there will be some bubbles, light nibbles, and a chance to chat.

Although the paintings are for sale, this is an opportunity for Sally to introduce her art to a new audience for the future.
