Refund policy

Original Artwork

We hope that you will be very happy with your original piece. Please remember that these are unique paintings created by the artist. There will be visible brushstrokes, loosely painted areas, and visible canvas; all of these add to the charm of the piece. On each listing, we try to be as accurate as possible with the details, including the size, dimensions, and frame information.

Each painting is photographed to give you a good idea of the size and mark-making, and it includes a detailed close-up, so you can see what the artwork will look like before you buy.  We do 'mock-up' the in-situ lifestyle shots, so you can imagine the paintings in a room. If you are unsure or choosing between pieces, please contact Sally, and she can arrange a video call to show you before you buy. Plus, this is a great chance for you to connect with your artist. Most paintings are framed - usually an oak floater frame or a black with a gold edge floater frame. Sometimes, it is not possible to use the exact frames in the lifestyle shots.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the painting and frame must be in the same condition that you received them. Commissions, custom-made pieces or final sale items are excluded from return policies.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions, custom-made pieces, or final sale items are excluded from return policies. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
